Having performed glamorous roles with aplomb she will be playing a princess in her upcoming south flick titled 'Chandra'. Unlike her pin-up girl looks in the Maxim cover shoot or her princess avatar in Chandra, she plays a traditional no makeup girl in her other forthcoming movie Midnight’s Children directed by Deepa Mehta. Shriya also has 'Zilla Ghaziabad' in Hindi and 'Life is Beautiful' in Tollywood, coming up.
